Connect Air2Zed receiver (Zed) to the USB port on your computer (or USB hub). Repeat step for each additional Zed.
Make sure your Air2Zed Express transmitter is charged. Connect USB end of your sensor to the USB input on the Air2Zed Express transmitter.
Select the Air2Zed receiver you wish to pair the sensor to. When the lights are solid green, you’re ready to capture.

Yes! The wireless link between the transmitter and Zed (receiver) uses industry standard WP2A encryption. They only “talk” to each other.
No, the data from the X-ray sensor is not modified, compressed or altered in any way.
Zinnovi Inc. guarantees the performance of your Air2Zed product to deliver results as specified in the user manual, for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase, as noted on the sales agreement. If the product is being shipped, the commencement of the warranty will be on the day it ships. We guarantee the product to be free of manufacturing defects, and will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit if a warranty claim is made within the coverage period. Replacement products may be new or refurbished, and may be replaced by an upgraded or newer version of the product. Each transmitter and receiver carries its own warranty. Once a product has been replaced through a warranty claim, the replacement piece will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty term. The customer will have the option to purchase an extended warranty on the replacement product.
No. All current features will receive lifetime software upgrades.
No. Air2Zed does not require your office to have a wifi network. The transmitter and receiver(s) communicate via a point-to-point connection.
Yes.With Air2Zed you don’t need any additional software. The current software you use for your sensors will continue to operate normally. Air2Zed simply sends the image wirelessly.
